IBA STS Jobs in District And Sessions Court, Karachi East

In continuation of this office advertisement dated 22.12.2020 and 15.06.2023, the applications are invited to fill up the following vacant posts in the District & Sessions Court, Karachi East, from the candidates who fulfill the following requirements as mentioned against each post.

HOW TO APPLY:

1. As per the instructions of the Hon’ble High Court of Sindh, the initial test for posts at Serial No. 1 and 2 shall be conducted through SIBA Testing Services (STS). Interested candidates for these posts may submit their applications online at https://apply.sts.net.pk. For assistance, contact the helpline at 071-5644200 or email at sts@iba-suk.edu.pk.

2. After submitting the online application, candidates must download the system-generated Challan of Rs. 1,500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only) and deposit it in any branch of ABL Bank Limited. (The Challan fee is non-refundable).

3. Candidates applying for the Post of Serial No. 01 & 02 must upload CNIC, Domicile, PRC-D, one recent Photograph, NOC (in case of Government Servant), and Academic Documents at the STS Online Portal. Candidates with disabilities should upload CNIC with a wheelchair logo issued by NADRA.

4. For Serial No. 03 to 08, all candidates must send their applications along with attested copies of Educational documents, CNIC, Domicile, PRC, and 02 passport size photographs by post or by hand to the Office of the Honorable District & Sessions Judge, Karachi East, on or before 20.06.2024 till 01:00 pm. Applications received after office hours will not be entertained.

5. Female candidates should be provided equal opportunity to participate; hence, they may apply for the above-captioned vacant posts.

6. A 5% quota is reserved for candidates with disabilities.

7. A 20% quota is reserved for children of deceased/retired/serving employees of Judicial District East.

8. Separate application forms may be filed/sent for each post if applying for more than one post.

9. Government servants should apply through proper channels. The maximum age limit for Civil Servants applying through proper channels is 30 years.

10. Overage candidates may also apply subject to relaxation by the Hon’ble Chief Justice, Hon’ble High Court of Sindh, Karachi, if they qualify for appointment.

11. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the test/interview.

12. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.

13. Candidates must bring their original documents at the time of the interview.

14. The decision of the Selection Committee shall be final.

15. The last date for submission of applications is 20.06.2024.

16. Incomplete job applications will not be entertained and will be rejected without assigning any reason.

17. In case of any omission or misrepresentation, the candidature can be canceled at any stage of the recruitment process.

18. Applications received concerning advertisements dated 22.12.2020 and 15.06.2023 will be considered with this advertisement. Hence, those applicants should not apply for these posts again.
